Meshil Som Salad

Ingredients
- 10 Medium size shrimps
- 0.5 cup of celery
- 0.5 cup of cucumber
- 0.5 cup of red onion
- 1 galic clove
- 2 tsp of olive oil
- 2 tsp of Meshil Extract
- 0.5 tsp of Lemon Juice
- salt & Pepper
- some fresh dill
Method
1. Boil those shrimps for just 3minutes and let them into the iced water, finely mince the garlic clove and cut veggies into pieces.
2. Put veggies and shrimp that has drained, into a bowl.
3. Add Meshil extract, olive oil, lemon juice, S&P and mix them all well, and some fresh dill on top.
* You can put the grated Grana Padano cheese on top!
