Meshil Tomato Pickle


Ingredients


- 500g of Cherry Tomatoes

- 2 cups of Meshil Extract

- 1 tsp of Lemon juice

- a little bit of rosemary and salt


Method


1. Heat sterilize a glass container and let it cool.


2. Remove the tips of washed cherry tomatoes and do some cuts slightly.


3. Blanch them in boiling water for a minute, then put them into iced water.


4. After 2-3minutes, drain them and remove the skin from them and sprinkle salt lightly.


5. Put peeled tomatoes and rosemary into a glass container, add 1 tsp of lemon juice, 2 cups of Meshil extract.


6. Refrigerate for 1-2 days and then, ENJOY!!
